I recommend them to anyone looking to adopt a

at the facility.

Pet.

The care of the animals at this facility is wonderful. I would trust my animals here. The staff treats the animals as if they were thier own. The staff is friendly too!

I had a very good experience with the people

We were looking into adopting Quinn but our existing dog would not cooperate. The staff was very accomodating, knowledgeable and kind. Quinn is a very sweet and submissive dog and will make a wonderful pet for some lucky family. Thanks to everyone at CISAR!

I adopted my Schnauzer mix in 2009.

Today I am taken back at how terrible some people treat animals, especially an animal rescue/shelter. We adopted our sweet Penelope from CISAR back in January and have been struggling with constant urinary tract infections as CISAR would say in their diagnosis when they refused to do x-rays because they guaranteed there were no bladder stones. Luckily our vet was able to correctly diagnosis and treat our girl. It is a shame to think that an animal shelter that prides themselves for being a "no kill" shelter is letting sick animals sit out there without providing them the necessary treatment, which in this case would have been a simple x-ray. To top it off CISAR can't seem to respond to phone calls to support their diagnosis or just out of simple courtesy. Now as we sit here taking care of our almost 10 year old dog who had over 50 bladder stones removed today, with some as big as golf balls, I will remember to never recommend CISAR to anyone.

Great staff! I adopted a wonderful dog
